Sample 7-Day Conditioning Method (general guide)

⚠️ Note: This is a basic care/conditioning routine focused on health, strength, and readiness—not harmful practices.

Day 1 – Rest & assessment

  • Light activity only
  • Check weight, breathing, and overall health
  • Clean water + balanced feed

Day 2 – Light exercise

  • Short walks / controlled movement
  • Sun exposure (morning only)
  • Hydration is important

Day 3 – Build stamina

  • Slightly longer exercise time
  • Monitor fatigue
  • Continue proper feeding

Day 4 – Strength focus

  • Controlled wing flaps / movement drills
  • Keep sessions short but consistent

Day 5 – Active recovery

  • Reduce intensity
  • Focus on rest + hydration

Day 6 – Pre-peak conditioning

  • Light activity only
  • Ensure the rooster is alert and not overworked

Day 7 – Full rest / ready day

  • No heavy activity
  • Keep calm, hydrated, and well-rested
